I will identify students who have complete understanding and are ready for another learning outcome by providing formal and informal assessments to all students first. Once these students are identified, I will group them and provide written instructions for them to complete assignment using a software program not used in class, which they will learn on their own. Example: Instead of working on a Power Point Presentation, they will create a Prezi or Sway presentation, which due to time constraints, I do not introduce in class. They will present in class and briefly explain how they created the presentation for the other students' benefit.
